Last updated August 23, 2026. These terms govern access to the Virtual Assistant Software website, account workspace, virtual-assistance services, and related billing features.

Service and eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. The service helps customers submit requests, collaborate with assigned personnel, store relevant files and notes, review activity, and manage available service plans.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. Access may be limited by role, company, plan, or account status.

Requests and customer content

You retain responsibility for the information, instructions, files, and materials you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to use that content to perform requested services.

Plans and billing

Plan pricing, included time, billing frequency, and any optional or usage-based charges are presented during purchase or in the account. Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize the charges you approve and are responsible for keeping billing information current.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation affects future access and billing according to the terms shown for the selected plan. Refund eligibility and the treatment of completed work, used time, or usage-based charges depend on the purchase terms and applicable law. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service operation; submit malicious code; or provide content that violates privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or other third-party rights.

Third-party services

The service may rely on third-party platforms for payments, hosting, communications, storage, and other functions. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy practices.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, add, or remove features and may temporarily limit access for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.
